Return & Refund policy

30 Days Free Easy Return

Fmyxht always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product or the product is defective, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the order, you can ask for a return or refund.

Even though we supervise the birth of every product with such detail and care, we are still not 100% sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are still updating and are happy to address any issues we can. Therefore, we will request a defective product return within 30 days of your delivery date. Please contact us at 156256784@qq.com if you would like to return a product. All products should be in their original packaging.

The 30 days period is calculated from the date you received the items

Return:

1. If you receive damaged products, the cost of return will be borne by us. Please provide photos for our inspection at the same time.
2. If there is no problem of quality or damage during transportation, the cost of return shall be borne by the customer.

We afford the return shipping fee with following status:

  1. Unsatisfied claim in 30 days free return period. (No damage with the products and original packaging)
  2. Defected parts
  3. Damaged devices
  4. Incorrect item shipped

1. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the customer's funds and return them to the original way.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and will automatically provide a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days. If you receive a product refund notice and do not see funds in the initial payment method within 5-7 business days, please contact us at 156256784@qq.com

2.Item out of stock
If you ordered items, but we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the an alternative choice or give you refund directly.

3.Cancel order
If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us via email. Orders can be cancelled before shipment and refund will be processed to your original account.Cancellation request won't be accpeted if the order has been shipped.

 

Refund situations

1.Product issues:
We are committed to providing you with high-quality items. However, if the product you received does not match the product you ordered, or the product you received is defective or damaged. Please contact customer service staff (156256784@qq.com) in time, and provide videos or photos of product problems. We will process your refund or exchange request within 1-3 working days after checking the product.

2.Item out of stock
If you ordered items, but we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the an alternative choice or give you refund directly

3.Payment Issues
If your payment account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within THREE business days, we will automatically refund the order.

4.Cancel order
If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us via email. Orders can be cancelled before shipment and refund will be processed to your original account.Cancellation request won't be accpeted if the order has been shipped.


Return Announcement

① Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your order.
② Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.
③  Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our return policy, we will process a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
④Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will send you an email once your return request has been successfully processed.

  3. If return acceptable then we will distribute the nearest after sale address to you to ship the return.
  4. After you ship the return items, then send the info below to us:
  • tracking number
  • shipping receipt (If shipping fee refund needed)
  • PayPal account (If shipping fee refund needed)
  1. After confirm your package is shipped, we will arrange the refund or replacement as soon as possible.
